I'm the guide built into your platform. Give me your website and I'll read it, find your competitors, spot the tools you already use and propose your first bots.
You see everything before it is saved. Nothing is written until you say so, and every step can be redone later.
About ten minutes.
Are you sure? Without the guide the bots start with an empty Brain and no idea who you are. Most people are done in ten minutes, and you can run each step later from Company, Brain, Integrations and Team.
Your company
I read your website the way a careful new colleague would: products, customers, tone, team, and the tools the site uses. Then you decide what to keep.
Products and services
I read your catalogue from the website: names, categories, prices and pages. Each item you tick becomes a note in the Brain, so the bots quote what you really sell instead of guessing.
How many should I read?
Reading 50 or more takes Dock a while and uses a good share of your included AI usage. Do it once, then add the rest by hand or in smaller rounds.
Competitors
I search the web for the companies you meet in a sales situation and read their sites. The ones you tick go into the Brain as notes every bot can read, and the whole team learns who they are.
Your tools
Tick the tools your company uses. Bots only suggest and connect what is in your stack, never other products. Connecting them comes later, under Platform, Integrations.
Your team
Based on what you do, I propose a first set of bots. Rename them, untick what you do not want, and I create the rest. Each gets its own browser and a seat in your team.
You're set.
All of it lives where you can change it: the company and brand under Platform, competitors and the profile in the Brain, tools under Integrations, and the bots under Team. I'm one click away in the corner whenever you need me.

Drag the background to pan, scroll to zoom, drag a box to move it, pull its corner to resize. Click a bot to open its chat. Your layout is remembered on this device.
Usage per day
Estimated model cost. A working session counts on the day it finished, so a long task lands on one day.

Connecting to the browser…
When you take control, the bot stays off its browser until you release it. Use it to log the bot into tools like LinkedIn or HubSpot once; the login stays in its browser.
Taught tasks
Record a task in Live, then run or schedule it here.
Routines
Recordings not yet turned into tasks
Shared board
What the bots hand to each other.
Needs you
Questions, sign-in codes, logins and approvals the bots are waiting for. Answer here and the bot carries on.

Model
Extra instructions
Its browser, memory and settings are deleted. Chat history stays.
AI models
The platform plan is included. Add your own provider keys to pick other models per bot (under Bot, Model).
Keys are stored on this server only and are never shown again.
Integrations
Connect the tools your team uses. Keys stay on this server. Anything that sends or changes data outside still needs your approval.
Advanced: add a custom key
Saved logins
Logins the bots use to sign in by themselves. Passwords stay encrypted on this server and are typed in for the bots, never shown to them and never in a chat or log.
Add a login
Which bots get it
Editing a saved login: site and username stay, everything else can change. The chosen bots use it the next time a site asks them to sign in.
Dock, your guide
Dock is part of the platform: it answers questions, helps set things up and spots problems. It never changes anything without your Do it.
Dock may propose these, each with a Do it button for you
Check-ins land in Needs you as reports from Dock.
Setup guide
The guided setup from the first sign-in: website research, competitors, tools and a proposed team. Run it again any time; nothing is overwritten without your accept.
People
Admins run the platform and see every bot. An operator sees and drives only the bots you pick here, and the Overview, Hierarchy, Chat, Live, Tasks and Approvals follow that choice.
Your bots
Who is on the team and who reports to whom. A bot with reports becomes a manager: give it a job and it hands the pieces to its team, follows up, and reports back to you. Each bot's name, picture, manager, model and instructions are edited under Platform, Bots.
Add a bot
Templates
Each template brings a job description, sources, deliverables, a never-list, a first task and a suggested routine. Rename and adjust after creation.
Add knowledge
Documents and notes the bots can read. You decide which bots see what.
Upload documents
PDF, Word, Excel, text, markdown, CSV. Up to 40 MB each. Text is extracted so the bots can search it.
Write a note
Products and services
What you sell, one note per item, so every bot quotes real names, prices and pages. Dock reads them from your website.
Competitors
Who you compete with. Every bot reads these notes and the names are in every brief.
Media
Pictures and files the bots produced in their chats. Open, download, or jump to the thread.

Preferences
Read out loud
Every bot reply has a speaker button. Pick what reads it.
Microphone
The microphone button in the chat turns your voice into text on this device, before anything reaches the bot. It costs nothing extra.
Your assistant
Connect the assistant you already use to this console. Add the link below as a custom connector in its settings, and it can see your bots, hand them tasks and read their replies, with the same access you have here. Each conversation it starts shows up in the thread list marked Assistant, so you can always take over.
Treat the link like a password: anyone who has it can act as you. Replace it if it leaks.
Two-step sign-in
A code from an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy and others) is asked for after your password. It protects your account if the password leaks.
